In the Agile world, User stories are common vocabulary. They help represent the users of a system. They are enablers of iterative development, accommodating quick responses to change. But not many people are clear about what the user stories should entail, how they are used, who defines them and how to define them.
This short workshop/ training will tell user stories’ hows and whys. From the foundations to best practices, this course teaches attendees how to author and maintain compelling user stories. Various tools and techniques, along with different patterns, will also be discussed.
At the end of the course, one will be able to:

- Define user personas
- Author user stories from a system user’s perspective
- Know common user story pitfalls
